Privacy & data collection

Sutherland Little Athletics collects your email address and mobile number solely to let you sign in, manage your volunteer duties, and reach you if there's an issue with a duty you've signed up for. We don't use them for marketing, and we never provide them to any third party.

Creating an account (just enter your email) is optional. Without one, you'll re-enter your name, email and your athlete's details each time you sign up for a duty. With one, you can link your athlete once and skip re-entering their details next time.

If you link an athlete to your account, we also store your athlete's name and Little Athletics bib (registration) number, for the same purpose — matching you to the correct duty roster.

Your data is stored on servers located in Australia.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, or via the link in most emails we send you.
